Caroline Milton
Caroline is a partner at Bayview Buyers Agency and brings a calm, strategic and highly considered approach to helping clients navigate the Perth and regional WA property market. Having lived in nineteen homes across four countries, grown up in Kalgoorlie, raised a family between Perth and the Pilbara and spent several years in Tokyo, she understands firsthand the challenges that can come with relocating and finding the right home and community.
She works closely with clients to provide clarity and confidence throughout the buying journey, from suburb selection and school zone guidance to off-market opportunities, negotiation and settlement coordination.

Jules is a partner at Bayview Buyers Agency and brings a warm, relationship-driven approach to buyer advocacy. Growing up between Kalgoorlie and Williams, and now living in Swanbourne with her family, Jules has strong connections to both regional WA and Perth’s western suburbs.
With a background in nursing and more than a decade running her own successful business in Mosman Park, Jules is known for her communication skills, attention to detail and genuine care for her clients. Actively involved in local sporting clubs and the community, she has a strong understanding of the western suburbs lifestyle and what families are looking for when buying a home.
